Michelle Sukow wants you to learn how to be present this holiday season.

December might be “the most wonderful time of the year” for some people, but it’s usually a busy one, too! With all of the decorating, gift-giving, and tying up the year’s loose ends, December is a bit nuts for a lot of people. So, as we head into this wonderfully busy month, I want you to stop and think about how to be present. Here’s a peek at what I have in store for you.

How to Be Present During Busy Times

For many of us, December is a pretty jam-packed month. Even in a pandemic year, it’s easy for us to get caught up in all of the activities, responsibilities, gifting, and things. I want you to take time to think about everything going on around you and what this season means to you.

It’s easy to get lost in the holiday chaos, even when it’s fun and exciting. And it’s easy to get lost in the stress and busyness of it all, too. This year, with the pandemic, we’re all bound to face some new challenges. So next week, I’m going to be telling you how you can be present and keep your sights on the good things in your life at this moment.

My 3 Best Ways to Be Present

Being present might sound good in theory, but I know it can be hard to focus on the moment at hand. That’s why I’m going to share my three best ways to be present. I’ll give you my tips for being aware of what’s happening in your life right now. I’ll share how to cancel out the noise in your life and put your energy toward thinking about and appreciating this moment on your journey.

Michelle Sukow is giving you her tips for how to be present.

What the Christmas Season Means to Me

Every holiday is special in some way, and for me, Christmas is especially significant. Different seasons of life carry different meanings for all of us, whether they represent experiences, people, or journeys we’ve taken. So later this month, I’ll tell you about what the Christmas season means in my life.

New Year, New Surroundings

As we round out 2020 and get ready for the new year ahead, I’ll finally reveal my office remodel! Making some big, visual changes in my office made a huge impact on my work-life. There’s new energy and flow in my new space, and I’m so happy with it. Now, at work, I’m more present, productive, and efficient. Creating the right environment makes a big difference. I want you to start 2021 thinking about changing your surroundings to be conducive to the life you want for yourself.

Conclusion

Learning how to be present is the key to living your best life. Worrying about the past or stressing about the future doesn’t let you focus on what’s going on right in front of you. Forget about what happened before: It was a lesson. Learn from it, and move it on! And don’t worry about the future. It’s not here yet, and there’s nothing you can do about it but live your best life where you are today.

Focus on the positive. Feel what’s happening around you. And listen to what your heart and body are saying you want and need. Be present in this moment, this one right now, and create an amazing life for yourself. I know this will be my best holiday season, and it can be for you, too.
