A lot's changed in the past year of running my businesses and I'm grateful for how much I've grown.

It’s amazing how much can change in less than a year. Last March, I wrote a blog about running multiple businesses and the habits that helped me be efficient and successful. Since then, I’ve navigated keeping my businesses afloat during a global pandemic, became the sole owner of my businesses, and worked with my team to make some huge and positive changes in our offices. All in the past nine months!

I’d be lying if I said that it’s all been easy. Some challenges, like figuring out how to keep our businesses going during COVID-19 – who can say they were ready for that?! – were new and tough. We had to figure out how to keep our team safe and employed and continue to give our customers the best service possible. It was unchartered territory, but we did it and we did it well.

Taking on sole ownership of my businesses? Daunting. But finally getting to create the positive, good-energy work environment that my team and I deserve? Absolutely fantastic and worth every obstacle.

The habits and tips I shared back in March are still staples in how I run my businesses. Now that I’ve gotten rid of any negativity at my businesses and in my personal life, I can really focus on running my businesses my way. The future is full of possibilities, and I can’t wait to see where we go from here!

Check out Running Multiple Businesses My Way and join me in celebrating how far we’ve come in the past year.

Live your best life,

Michelle
